If you are in an accident, I highly recommend a Lawyer. Not just any Lawyer. Alex Silkman. He is fair and informs his clients about what to expect and the progress as it happens. I truly believe he works to get the most possible for your claim. He takes all avenues to provide everything that is available. I know that by myself, the outcome would have been much less. You can't fight the insurance companies alone. You need Alex.

Alex has been nothing but amazing since we hired him. We got into a car accident in November, and he called us back within 2 hours of contacting him. I have been in two bike vs auto accidents. They were w/in 1.5 years of each other. The first I had a broken clavicle and opted to not get a lawyer. My takeaway from that case was that if I was ever in an accident again, no matter how minor, I want a lawyer. I learned that I do not like being my own advocate. The second accident occurred on a Monday evening. I was given Alex's name by a trustworthy person on Tuesday. I called Alex on Wednesday thinking that I only had a broken pinky. Surprise...I had a mild Traumatic Brain Injury and the symptoms of the mTBI showed up over the course of a week. My speech, ability to walk, cognitive function, emotional lability, hormone production and vision were all effected. Thank goodness I had called a lawyer right away because trying to figure that out would have been very difficult. Alex walked through short term disability and long road to recovery involving a lot of specialists with me. I sent him frequent progress updates and had a lots of questions (often the same questions). He ALWAYS answered me timely and thoroughly. He treated me with genuine compassion. For me kindness and compassion go a very long way AND on top of that he was a professional able to go the distance as my lawyer and advocate. I felt both cared for and protected. In the end I have a settlement that I could have never got alone and will help support me for a lifetime. I am also impressed at Alex's pursuit in professionalism. He is active w/in the legal community advocating for/against laws that impact the victims he supports. Alex is an intentional networker keeping his thumb on the pulse of people, firms, judges, etc. Alex is genuinely excited about his profession and helping his clients. He is not in this career to make a quick buck off of someone else's misfortune. I appreciate Alex very much and my guess is you will too.

This review is long overdue. A few days after being in a life altering car accident, I reached out to Alex. He was patient during my first meeting, explaining what will happen next and addressing my questions. His attention to detail found errors made by the insurance company that added to my settlement. My experience with Alex was AMAZING,my insurance which will go nameless refused to payout after an under insured driver rear ended me (yes I do have underinsured coverage). Well that was until we hired Alex. He dealt with the insurance company for me and took on all the stress so that my 5 year old and I could concentrate on our recovery and getting back to normal. I would recommend Alex to anyone who is dealing with a similar situation! Alex is kind to his clients but aggressive when dealing with pesky,non cooperative insurance companies!! We were in a four car accident while on the 101 in Phoenix. It was our first accident and not our fault thank goodness. I called our Daughter right away to tell her the bad news and to ask her, what do we do now!
